How do I specify what I want for a custom?

The design consultation is done via email!

A form will be sent 24-48 hrs after placing your order. Please fill this out to provide details about your request. Once I have a sketch, it will be sent via email to see if any changes are requested before I begin the bleaching process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

While I will do my very best to get your order finished and sent out as soon as possible, some orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to receive depending on how many customs I have at that time.

Because I am only one person, I kindly ask for your patience.

Can you bleach the exact artwork/logo that belongs to someone else?

No, I will not bleach a trademark that belongs to someone else. If you would like a custom shirt with artwork that is not mine, you will need to ask for their permission and provide proof thereof.

Is there any special care needed for bleached clothes?

Wash instructions will be sent in the packaging. Be sure to read the given instructions to maintain the quality of your product.

I have done a lot of experimenting with different fabric types and bleach ratios.

I only use fabric with 80-100% cotton and a fabric weight of at least 185gsm. All items will be neutralized and a final wash will also be done.

How do I commission an item that isn't offered on your website?

If you'd like to commission an item that's not posted on my website, then be sure to contact me via email/instagram and we can chat about your options.

Do you allow returns/exchanges?

Exchanges: Because all of my items are one of a kind, exchanges cannot be facilitated.

Ready to Ship Returns: Items from the Ready to Ship collection can be returned under most circumstances, as long as they have not been worn, damaged, and are sent back in original packaging.

Returns for Customs: Because all customs are made to order, returns are not made available unless there is and error on my end. If you are unsure, contact me via email.

What are your Festival Deadlines?

***AT LEAST 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE***

The sooner you order for a festival, the better. I usually tend to receive a lot of customs right before a festival and always want to do my best to have your items made and shipped in time!
